STEP 3
- Advance the 20mm ‘tacked’ end of the set into the ROLI-POLI laminator rollers. Do not exceed the 20mm.
- Lift the CAT-FLAP and pass the printed matter underneath.
- Return the CAT-FLAP to its ’flap-down’ position.
- Now that the printed matter is isolated, expose the adhesive surface of the panel by removing the remainder of the polythene cover.
- Turn the ROLI-POLI handle clockwise to pass the printed matter and panel set through the rollers.
- As these cannot come into contact with each other until they meet at the roller ’nip’ this ensures that no air can be trapped during the laminating process.
- The completed sign will exhibit a perfectly aligned, bubble-free finish.
